CENTERVILLE - Thomas Lee “Tom” Pipenger, 60, a lifelong resident of Centerville, passed away Sunday, March 24th, 2024, at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana. Tom was born on April 23rd, 1963, to the late Larry and Shirley (Nelson) Pipenger at Reid Health in Richmond. He graduated from Centerville High School with the class of 1981. Tom worked at Visteon in Connersville for 23 years until its closure. In his leisure, Tom was a Star Trek superfan, a collector of Treasure Hunt Hot Wheels, and a train enthusiast. He enjoyed working on cars and tinkering in the garage, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include the love of his life and wife of 40 years, Teresa (Brown) Pipenger, whom he married on September 14th, 1984 at the Faith Baptist Church in Richmond; four children, Alishia (Robert) Feetham, Ashley Pipenger, Amber (Austin) Ramey, and canine companion, Buddy; six grandchildren, Brianna, Carson, Brooklyn, Robert II, Christopher, and Aurora; three siblings, Troy (Lorinda) Pipenger, Tad (Annie) Pipenger, and Tammy Pipenger; and many nieces, nephews, and friends, etc.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 20th, 2024 from 12 - 4 p.m. at Centerville Church of the Nazarene in Centerville.
